there are many factors in play that makes the US dollar fluctuate.

its not going up HIGH anytime soon I assure you.

That's fine, that's all factored into trading. If those guys were right, they'd be billionaires. Simply buy CAD now, and sell when the USD rises again. The rate the past 2 years has been pretty volatile. Right now, past couple of days has seen a short term trend for a stronger USD. Nothing wrong with us getting excited about it, and I for sure won't take any forecasters advice.
