All Designers MUST Read
 

I've given this a lot of thought and have decided to post this at GFY and nowhere else. I'm confident that I'll find the designer I need because adult designers, are hands down the best in the business (in my opinion).

About the site:
Here's the deal. I own a mainstream information site that is less than a week old, and burns through nearly 2GB of bandwidth each day already. It is ranked in the top 5 on Yahoo, MSN, HotBot, Altavista, and top 10 in Google for MANY keywords that it falls under. As an SEO, it will soon rank #1 for all keywords I'm going after. Current traffic stats are about 1200 uniques daily with ZERO advertising. Everything so far has been word of mouth (only been launched for a few days now). When I give the go ahead, the site will be mentioned on The Howard Stern show, as well as MANY other mainstream news publications, both on and offline.

The Dilema:
My current designer, as good as he is, is busy with his own projects, and although I like his layout, I need something better. I need a site that will be able to house many ad spaces on all of the pages to help pay for my soon to be tremendous bandwidth bills.

The Solution:
I need a designer who can make me a really fantastic site, that allows me to update it about once a day, or sometimes more. I was thinking a nice layout with maybe a PHP/MySQL database to house all of the videos, pictures, and news article links I get submitted by surfers. I would also like to have some type of in-house ad-server or rotator for advertiser's links, buttons and banners. My last requirement is that the page shows up as a full page and not a centered page. Aside from that, the creativity is in your hands.

The Opportunity:
I really want to keep this as cheap as possible, or even free. I know what you're thinking "he's fucking crazy if he thinks he's going to get this for free", but I will offer whoever takes the job a PERMANENT inbound link from every page for the life of the site. I'll also offer a button or banner in the rotation for ANY sponsor you may have, it could also be your design firm. The only limitation on that is that it cannot be adult, casino or dating. There are about a million other affiliate programs to use that aren't in the adult industry that still bank. Try looking outside the box once in a while. :thumbsup

Actually, the pages don't exist yet. The temporary page that I put up last week got replaced just yesterday. The only page that works right now is the index.html one, and even with only TWO videos listed, I'm still burning through BW and new surfers. God I love the internet..
