A mother makes alcoholic jello shots to sell in New Orleans.

She sends her daughter to school to sell some 3 for $1.00 for extra x-mas money.

School hasn't tested them to see if they have alcohol in them...but it doesn't matter the have some rule about selling things that contain illicit substances or look like things that contain illicit substances...so the girl is being suspended and her hair tested for any drug use.
