I don't think there is one that is instant, but you can find ones with weeks wait.

Most of our tgp's (see sig) are 2-5 days after purchase is made. The only onlys I can think of right now that are almost instant are Choker, ah-me.com and Zilla(if he feels like replying to your email)

Depends. A lot of TGP are booked days, weeks, months, or even years in advance. Last time I bought a WorldSex spot my gallery was up I think 3 or 4 days after they received payment. :2 cents:
