I've known the guys from Twisted Cash for years and I find it exceptionally hard to believe they would ever put pics up of anyone, much less a site, without the releases to do it.

i wonder this too actually, i can't see them doing something illegal at all....but unethical is another story, i don't put that past anyone anymore

i think that site is just another case of a company buying tons of content of one girl and starting a site that appears to be the models

From what I can make out she left MP for a bit then came back, she was worried about over exposure or something.

Pardon me? There is NOTHING unethical about that. If a model did shoots for money and those sets are commercially available then she has no room for bitching. If she wants to go back and buy all that content at fair market value and use it for her own site, then no problem. Especially if she wants it exclusively.

I have NO idea what this girls set up is with either of the two companies, but I will say this again. I've known the Twisted Cash crew for years -- one of them for as long as I've been in this business, and they are a straight up, class act.

That girl seems to cause serious shit everytime she turns around.

Crissy was with MP but left for a few months due to some personal issues involing the ex boyfriend. Durring that time Twisted was contaced by Crissy's Ex to run her site. Nothing ever came of that being Crissy dumped the boyfriend and came back to MP. Now the other day we see Twisted is running a Crissy site with all her content and they have no rights to any of it at all! and the domain belongs to her EX.

It can only get intresting from here...

But i assure you all we HAVE the real Crissy site.. we work with Crissy and we update her site being we have cotnent to update with... Twisted has nothing but a bunch of stolen content.

There are a bazillion other sites that appear to be her "official site" , crissym.com, clubcrissy.com and on and on and on., so if anyone is to blame for that, it would be the model that shot with all the content companies for cash. That's how it works.

This would be why I've never shot for any content companies:winkwink:

we are not casting stones at twisted beinmg they might not know the whole situation being Crissy's ex is an idiot, but i can assure you they have no right to be running the site with the content they have.

Its not MP nor is it Crissy.

The EX was a dickhead! He caused any issues that have ever happned between Crissy and MP or Crissy and Twisted etc.. its just a matter of taking him out of the picture and everything will be fine. He has now crossed a line where he just shot himself in the foot.

my attorney was just telling me that mike doenst have rights to use the images because he never paid me and i told my attorney that it was basically a trade... i modeld and heshot me

so we both should have rights to it... but he is not givingme any of the contecnt he shot and my attorney said we can go after him for exclusive rights to all of it and he will have NONE

now he is doing this and competeing with my site and ussing my NAME

yeah plus i basically paid all his bills for the duration of our realtionship and he paid me nothing

www.crissymoran.com is owned by Crissy she owns the domain, do a whois it's hers.

The content Twisted Cash has is old stuff shot by her old boy friend, and like he said Cloud 9, Jokers x etc.

How they plan on doing any updates is beyond me, seems like a quick money grab to me?

Wow that is definitely weak. We promote TwistedCash and I have always thought highly of them. HOWEVER over the past 6 months I must say there are some warning signs of a troubled company. Many of their top models have left and now they pull this with the crissy stuff. I thought Twisted Cash would be better than that.
