Anything like Mac Journal for PC?

basically, instead of using third party blogging or run a blog script, this allows you to very simply create templates and hahahahahaha from your powerbook. It ftps the template with post to your site.

As simple as it sounds, i have not found anything like this for PC.

Why not?

it seems so simple.

the mac os will include this and pc will still have not caught on. mac os just owns.

i need a PC one.
