Changing gallery on thehun
 

I have a gallery listed on thehun today. Is it okay to change a sponsor on that gallery to another sponsor or does he have a script that removes galleries that has changed?

I dont know if he allows it, but if he does, make sure you dont change it to a sponsor that he doesnt allow... There are many of them!

Changing sponsor should not be a problem, unless it is banned by Hun. His script removes mainly nasty changes like adding popups, redirects etc.

drop him a note - tell him what you want to do - usally he replys pretty fast and the worst thing that can happen is that you have to resubmit the galleries (but thats way better than beeing blacklisted http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/smile.gif )

Are you sure? I don't know if the Yellow Pages even has an auto-removal bot. A while ago there was a guy in third place on the site (on the domain starwarsex.com, now blacklisted I believe) and he made his gallery 302 (redirected it). The link was up for like 15 or 16 hours after mail was sent to The Hun, only when The Hun returned the mail with "thanks for telling me" etc etc was the link removed.

I'm pretty sure that links aren't automatically removed - though maybe there is a linkbot like WatchFire running (as at Richard's Realm), I don't know.

Changing a sponsor shouldn't be a problem as long as the ad doesn't change into a blind link (this is where the blacklist comes in view) and as long as it's not blacklisted, which is easily found out by clicking the link to see if there's consoles or traps there
