This X-ray picture shows a 5-centimeter nail stuck in an unidentified South Korean patient's skull. According to a Seoul hospital, doctors found the nail after the man came to the hospital, complaining about a severe headache. They speculate that the nail stuck in the man's head four years ago in an accident but the man didn't know about it. The nail was removed in a surgery last Saturday. (AP Photo/Yonhap).

yeah he wouldn't feel anything cause the brain has no nerve endings... so someone could be cutting your brain in half and you wouldn't feel a thing...

When reading the description I figured the nail had got into the back of his head or something, but its at the front?

It seems to be just above his hairline. Its amazing he didnt notice.
