you looking for a merchant account or 3rd party processing? US or offshore?

Go with Netbilling if you want a merchant account. Don't take chances with the unknowns.

I doubt with their current marketing budget they will be unknowns for long

spend some of the budget on a decent design, some faster servers and why a corporation would serve that banner up top is beyond me.

I asked the same question earlier and some negative remarks were made from people they seemingly oved money.

Havent got any personal experience with them though.
