Actually, this did happen a long time ago. Not CJ/TGP webmasters but teen FHG and teen free content owners do this for years.

The good side there is that the law is not got broken. All the models are 18+ and that is the main thing we should really care about. No models under 18 => no underage nudity => no cp.

Click around to some of his trades (the source of his traffic obviously) the thumbs only get worse.

I just re-checked his CJ site and didn't find any <18 thumb there. He doing the thubms using the content provided by sponsors under 2257. In such a case we have to ask the sponsors to make their models look a little bit older (give them to smoke some packs of cigarette or put them on drugs?) Everyone may look older or younger than he(she) is. The main rule: THEY MUST BE 18+. Everything else doesn't matter IMHO.

Here is 2 examples of my own life:
1) I'm 29yo but 90% of girls gives me at least 23-24. So Just imagine how young I was looking at 18. My wife is the same BTW.
2) Here is another case. Some time ago on local TV I saw some criminal report abous some woman who killed her husband's girlfriend (lover). The killed girl was onl 14, but on photos she looked at least on 20.

So is that ok to shoot 14yo who looks on 20? I think NO. But is that ok to shoot 18+ models who look younger? I think YES. They are 18+, since they are adults. So there should be no discussions about sexyal child aduse etc, brcause they are not childs after 18yo.

The real problem is who it is playing to. It is playing to people who like young girls, girls under the age of 18. If they didn't like girls under the age of 18, they wouldn't be attracted to click those thumbs more often. So in other words it is playing to pedo's - end of story.

There's a line and this site crosses it.

1) His site is not a pedo one, because all models there are 18+. BTW, dude do you have any idea what pedophilia is and what sort of porn cntent is considered as CP? I believe you may me a little bit weak to read the law, but PLEASE read al least 2257. There is not so may text so you (I believe again) will be able handle it.
2) Yes there is a strict line, which says NO UNDER 18yo PERFORMERS IN THE ADULT INDUSTRY. So this line has not been crossed. Show me al leat 1(one, uno, eine) gallery on his site wher you saw an underage model and I'll be the first who report him to ASACP and FBI. Otherwise, PLEASE do not call anyone a pedo without any proof.
