Damn, all day and all night. I've tried everything, liquids, tablets, pills, everything. Tums, Rolaids, Mylanta, Gaviscon, all of them. Fuck, this sucks...

What do you all use for instatnt relief??? :helpme

I was looking for something not classified as a Scedule II drug, and preferably a product I can get OTC. :)

drink lots of milk, change diet

most of the antacids you mention will make the problem worse - prevacid or prilosec can actually help to cure you
also start taking papaya vitamins
and drink liquid aloe

I'm lactose intollerant unfortunately... :(

And as far as my diet, I just can't kick coffee and Mt. Dew for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as vodka and Red Bull at night...lol

Some days are better than others, but latelt I've been hit in the mouth with reflux...

BM, I saw it, I am looking into your suggestions now. I have never heard of those things, so before I replied to you I wanted to have an idea what I was looking into. :)

I take prilosec otc usually but you can't buy the shit anywhere now. They are reformulating it and have pulled it off the shelves until then.

I still keep tums for instant relief. But usually I never have it when i take prilosec, it's good shit.

The only other thing that i know of that works is to lose about 20 or 30 lbs. :2 cents:
