1600x1200 and it is a 19" monitor |
1024 X 768
|
Yup, ya gotta have a big monitor or it'll kill your eyes. On a 21" it's fine and a 21" CRT doesn't cost much these days. :)

you know someone that has not worked in video editing or photoshop much, cause they have their res set to 1024x768
once you work in video editing or big photoshop files at 1600x1200 you can't ever go back |
You might want to see a doctor, I think your going blind.
i use that resolution on my laptop with no problems at all |

|
1024x768@85Hz on a crap Viewsonic :2 cents: 1024x768@100+Hz is not that bad :2 cents:
|
I use 1600x1200 for photoshop but regularly use 1024x768.

1280x1024 has been my fave res since 17" anything smaller is just tackey.
|
Refresh rates change when you increase your resolution. You want at LEAST 85 hertz. They say the minimum you should have is 75, but i still find that causes headeaches with more than a few hours of use. 85 hertz or higher is the way to go.
