why is amateurspages blacklisted?

Hi,

Two questions:
1. Why is amateurpages blacklisted on danishhardcore?
2. Why is freehost xtac blacklisted at richard's and tommy's? It has something to do with sexspy...

I think it's because of the fact that there are no danish webmasters allowed in the ap program.
