Hello,

Thank you for writing to Yahoo! Domains.

We're sorry, the feature you are mentioning concerning the lock-down of
your domain is not currently available through Yahoo! Domains. We do
not have an estimated date as to when or if it will be available.
However, we'll pass your comments on to our Development team for
further
consideration.

We are always looking for ways to make Yahoo! Domains more useful to
our
users, and we will be sure to keep your question in mind as we continue
to make improvements to our service. On a side note, you may be able to
find a solution to this issue by contacting your registrar.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Regards,

J.

More content for you Taboo if you ever decide to develop registrarblacklist.com :)

I would also add idotz.net to the list as they charge $2 per year / per domain for registrar lock status. Insane.

good point. you can help me run it and we'll do revenue-share. :winkwink: I wonder how many registrars will clean up their act after getting on the blacklist. I'm going to heavily promote it on DomainNews.com, etc...

I think if I had any names at yahoo I'd be transferring them out real soon. Otherwise If they have any traffic then someone else will probably gladly do it for you. :Graucho

It so needs to be done. Some of these outfits have me pulling my hair trying to get some assistance. It really shouldn't take 10 days to get an EPP code to transfer out. :1orglaugh
