Got an e-mail with an offer for addictedtogames.com for $1500 today seems the offers keep getting higher and higher and higher for that domain... Any domain experts what do you see max value. Ten - Twenty K possible in a few years time?

AS far as addcitedtogames.com yes it is a good domain in my eyes with the potential for a site like pogo.com even with paid versions of all those games where players wager $.25 per game of euchre against eachother etc... That is what I would like to do with it but the funding and legalities of such a project are huge issue. I believe it gets about 80 type in hits per day currently.

The reason I ask is that I received five different offers today from this spammer for five different domains, all for exactly $1,500 . The number just sort of jumped out at me.

Well unfortunately he FORGOT TO RENEW THE FUCKING THING and it got dropped and picked up by someone eventually it went for about $5,000 SOFB!!!

Yeah, this guy's scam seems a bit better than most I have seen because it uses coherent english, is short, and polite. I was going to respond to him... then I saw the next 4 messages in my inbox were from the same fool. :1orglaugh

Either you are right and he tries to get a transfer first... or he just waits for people to reply and either A) adds them to his bulk emails for sale list or B) comes back at you with the old "I need you to buy an appraisal" pitch.
