I think the best thing to happen to people who proudly proclaim when they're drunk is for someone covertly tape them and show them the next day. I did that to a relative and they were floored. They always thought they were loveable and cute when drinking and when they saw what an obnoxious smartass they actually are in reality it caused them to cut way back... for awhile. Guess it is a multi-step thing:1orglaugh
