My :2 cents: about the topic. As an adult webmaster I have to see porn 10-12 hours a day. So according to those "scientific discoveries" I must be much more addicted to it than enything esle. However, as more as I work with porn, I'm making much less subjected to it. Can't say for all, but personally I don't feel any excitation seeing the adult content. A real (live) women still excite me, but not the porn.

It amazes me how people love to point fingers and pass on personal responsibility. Many people have had shitty histories....some end up addicts of something. (porn in this case) But no, they can't take responsibility for their addiction and work on themselves.....they have to blame porn in and of itself.

People addicted to porn....they obviously have some inherent issues nursing this 'addiction'. Otherwise, we'd all be 'porn addicts'.

BTW, about 15 years ago, Gorbachev did try to rid the world of booze. As the result, there was a terrible rise of narcotism, drug abuse and low-quality alcohol poisoning in the USSR. I can predict that Bush?s war to porn will increase % of rape and other sexual violation cases. Just remember my words!
