Is Tim C legit? Or a scam artisit?
 

I posted a thread last week looking for someone to help me build and submit galleries for me and found Tim C to help. He said he would build me galleris and free sites for a fee. Then I sent him a check for $250 to get started and never heard from him again. So I stopped payment on that one. Are people that desperate for $250 dollars? Has anyone else ever heard of this guy (see below)? Maybe I'm over reacting, I guess he could of gotten into a car accident and died;)

Needless to say I'm still looking for help?

I can have this type site up to 25-30k in about 2 months)
4)SEO- search engine optimization.
I can attain top SE rankings, but this takes some time to achieve, so the other methods bring in instant traffic.
5)Help recruit more webmasters for your program, (if needed, you said you have some, more can never hurt).

With all these steps, I should have your site/s up to 25k uniques a day within 2 months (just from my work alone)
When the SE results kick in, conversions will be higher, and your traffic will continue to grow.


For this full marketing plan , my fee is 3k per month.
Generating traffic is a lot of work, if you want me on a more part time basis, I could do that too, it would just take a little longer to reach our goal.
