Do you make a 'killing' off refferals?
 

Most good sponsors offer a webmaster refferal system, but how many of you actively promote your refferal link?

I know the adult linksites probably make a killing through refferals but what about average joe webmaster with a TGP.

I personally place my links wherever possible, webmaster page... here etc. Speaking of which.

i get a sign up or two for ref's but either they end up not sending traffic of the referal program payout is shitty lol

for an example, i have a ref that i get $1.50/sale from :1orglaugh

i have tried all kinds of programs, everywhere I can....and it doesn't make much

i think i made maybe $20 last month from referrals

you have to promote the latest sponsors that nobody has accounts with yet..... like our new program we're launching to the public within a few days.

tried that twice with 2 sponsors that hadn't even been publicized yet

didn't work

There was a time when my referrals were almost paying my mortgage.

If you're not making money on your referrals, then you're not doing it right.
