fake rape legal?

I'm assuming all the rape sites otut there have fantasy disclaimers somewhere. Are they legal? The bestiality thing has me worried.

if you're already involved and thinking if its still worth the risk, talk to a lawyer who has experience in this industry. Don't count on GFY replies, shit could really hit the fan if you take advice here seriously and you'd only have yourself to blame.

When something is illegal, then it is illegal if its fake or not.

That goes for cp, incest, rape etc..

In short, no its not legal..

Just my 2 euro cents...

I like this quote:

Defending the right of pornographers to create even stomach-churning bile is just as important as defending the right of consenting adults to purchase and view it.

I think the extreme case is more about rape + murder. Like a snuff film.

That makes no sence. murder illegal ? yes. do they show it faked on TV ? every fucking day.

so there is a big difrence between fake and not fake. Legaly

Yeah, but we're talking obsenity here, not legality. Murder is illegal but showing fake murder is fine because it's not obcene. Rape is obscene whether it's fake or not. Or at least that's the legal point the prosecutor wants to make.

Of course, I see rape all the time in hollywood movies. But there is "artistic value" in those movies. At least that's the theory.

I know an fbi agent who investigates obscenity. He asked me what content I thought was ok to show. I told him that John Asssshcroft was the personification of the Religious Right and if he had his way he'd shut down all porn, but he knows he can't so he doen't try. I went on to say that imo almost anything goes except things that are absolutely no question about it disgusting, like cp and "people shitting in other people's mouths." His reply was "yeah, that's about right."

btw, this same agent knew that I ran some soft bdsm sites (soft in that I don't show much more than bondage accompanied by much verbage about what a terrible situation poor suzzie is in) and he had no problem with it.

My personal belief is that simulated rape is too extreme, I would not go there.

Pipeline Q 12-04-2004 10:33 PM

Depends on from what standpoint. Extreme Associates is going down over obscenity, not because fake rape is illegal.

It's not illegal because nobody is actually being raped.

Look at the virtual CP rulings from last year. Supreme Court says it's legal since no real children were actually being harmed.

Even so, I wouldn't touch any of it. This sort of stuff is a magnet for trouble of all sorts.

Idiot.

John Ashcroft would say the exact same shit, but his definition of 'absolutely no question about it disgusting' is different from yours, so what makes your opinion any better? I agree with you about CP, that harms another human being. But as to whats obscene... how the fuck is it your business if someone wants to shit on someone else? You're a hypocrite.:2 cents:

Major (Tom) 12-05-2004 12:01 AM

1000% illegal

I never said I thought it was obscene. I don't give a damn what people do as long as they don't force it on others.

I think the real issue is "what does a prosecutor think he can talk a jury into?" A prosecutor won't drag a bondage site into court, he'll lose because half the jury has done bondage. But he'll do beasts because most of the jury thinks it's disgusting and the few who don't won't admit it, so they'll vote for conviction.

So I'll rephrase. It's about "what a prosecutor thinks he can talk a jury into." IE, the extreme stuff.
