What supplements do you take next to training?
I take creatine, bhm and tribulus myself. I don't think the last two really do anything at all, but if it doesn't help, it won't hurt either.
Anyone got any supplements they really can't do without? |
i use to take creatine.. Cell-Tech.. good stuff IMO.

i use protein powder and weight gainer sometimes. i dont really like taking any other suppliments.
