NATS competition stoops even lower...

Not only do our competitors feel the need to put things like shave features in their software, they now seem to feel the need to lie to potential customers of ours.

It seems some of our "competition" wants to claim to people investigating both softwares that we have a "hidden" charge that happens one year after you sign up with us.

There is no such thing. The price of NATS is the price of NATS. You pay what we say you pay and nothing more. There are no hidden costs what-so-ever. There is no "yearly renewal/maintence fee" as this person from our competitor claimed to a potential sale.

Seems companies don't change whether they remove their shave feature or not.

Be careful who you do buisness with in this industry. There are a lot of people in things for the short haul and will do whatever they can to make a buck.

Hi John. Sorry to hear that.

I'm quite sure Castle Communications (Partnersoft) is not who you are referring to. It is a shame others are resorting to such shitty tactics.

Prolly one of their rep is a old car dealer or real estate agent

What would people do for couple bucks now

MPA = Doneq

GFED 12-04-2004 02:15 PM

I wouldn't promote any sponsors using MPA... why would anyone support a crook?

tranza 12-04-2004 02:16 PM

That's fucked up...

:(

Sad but it doesn´t really surprise anyone I think.
I am sure companies that want to stay credible will continue to move away from some of the software that have a bad name and over to software like NATS

Most liars/scammers tend to be fairly obvious.

Still sucks for you though.

Major (Tom) 12-04-2004 04:38 PM

i wouldnt worry john. you have built your company on a granite foundation, while they have builty theirs on a sand bar in the middle of the bay. these tools will be washed away with the next tide.

I can confirm this as well. No extra costs are included. I am no longer with John as I started my own company but a few of the Sponsors I work with use Nats and it's a god send and so easy to work with. You are missing out if you don't give it a try :thumbsup

We are proud to be one of the companies that have made the switch from MPA to NATS!!!

These guys are great.

xclusive 12-04-2004 05:46 PM

Next thing you know they will try and have banner and logo cometitions and say that you won't pay on yours. But anyways I'm going to be going with nats when my program is ready to go and I don't think there is anything that could change my mind on that...
