I think that this is the first thing that they have lost in court.

If one of you guys in Orlando wants to make some mad money fast, sue hooters for not allowing you to be a waiter.

If it lands in front of that judge, you have more than a 50% chance to win.

My buddy got a fried napkin in his wings one time. Seriously a napkin had fell into the frier and they cooked it then added batter then served it to him. I was at the table and can verify it. LOL!
