I even offered Andy a great fucking deal so that the search terms we worked on would stay up top so that our work was not in vain. I have just sent a message to my partner to insure that all links we built are taken down ASAP.

He seems to think it was just magic or something, but one thing was very clear, he has no clue when it comes to SEO, and your #1,2,3 and other links will drop back off the radar to where they were when we first took on this project with the good faith understanding that you would follow thru on your part of the deal.
