Epassporte problem
 

I pay for hosting by epassporte virtual visa,about 400$ per mounth w/o problems.
Now I need to pay 250$ and 550$.
Card was charged for 250$
but for 550$ credit card is declining the charge!
There are enough money on my account.
Is there any limit my virtual card can be charged?

why then don't you pay 2 times, 350 and 200 ?

epass hasa limit on your card. If you sign over your first born child they will increase it.

Your credit card is declining the charge. We cannot split payments. Please provide us a credit card that will accept
the full amount.

What are the startlimits for basic personal user?

Is this info somewhere on their site?

Try picking up the phone and calling their 24/7 customer service line.

I had a problem with my Electron Card this morning and it was fixed in 2 minutes over the phone.

I got a reply about my limit rased:)
