Are your adult mailings labeled "sexually explicit"? Microsoft is filing lawsuits
http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/busine...pamsuit03.html
7 suits filed yesterday for not having "sexually explicit" in the subject line and violating the "brown paper" rule against having sexually explicit material in the initially viewable e-mail window without warnings and having to scroll down.
I say kudos to them:thumbsup Violating spam laws should generally be a civil matter except non-compliant porn spam which should be a criminal offense since it easily lands in many inappropriate inboxes.
