Why don't you have a menu?
I just called the Bennigans right down the street from my house to order myself some dinner.
I get some guy on the phone who doesn't know the prices of anything and he is in the restaurant! After the third time of this guy "finding out the price" for the item that I was asking about I finally tell the guy to grab a menu before he comes back. Two things that pissed me off about this: 1) The guy should have known the prices or at least had a menu handy to answer any questions that someone who was calling might have had if he was answering the phone. 2) Instead of this guy telling me the prices on what I was asking he starts reading the menu to me as though that had anything to do with the prices of the items I was asking about. This episode is also as frustrating as the time I went to KFC and I wanted to pay with a debit card but their machine was broke. These people didn't even know how to manually take a credit card payment. Luckily Sonic didn't have a line so they got my 6 bucks that day and I even got to use my debit card at the order machine thing. P.S. I got the Baby Back Ribs with two orders of fries and I have some Kool-Aid here to wash it down. |
Thats what you get for being lazy. jk.. he should of had a menu.

I'd just hang up and later call and ask for the boss

I will have to add to your list
I went to a fast food resturant last week and the total was $9.13. I hand the girl a ten dollar bill as she rings it up I find a quarter in my pocket and tell her to take it out of that too. That way I would not have a pocket full of change. She says she can't she already rang it up and it would mess up her register. I promptly say " Not if you give me the correct change" Needless to say she had to get the manager to figure my change out. Do they even teach math in school any more? |
Talk to the manager like Dre said you always get some sort of compensation...
