alcohol and any pain type pill are bad to mix, It says so on the bottle:2 cents:

Alcohol with any sedative drug is very bad, downer + downer..

Then mixing that with pot, which inhibits throwing up on almost all people who smoke it (cancer patients use for anti nausia) you run the risk of not being able to throw up if you overdose or your body tries to reject the combo,

so bad + bad + bad = very very bad!

don't fuck yourself up! I had a buddy die 5 years ago from taking too many vicodines and drinking and taking mini thins to stay awake.. he had a heart attack and died a slow death..

loadie my most deadly mix is a nice shot of nyquil then a shot of vodka. Hey when you have to pass out you have to pass out.

My aunt died 6 and a half months ago from an accidental overdose of prescription pills. The toxicology report showed all the types of pills being within normal dosage range, but the combination of taking antidepressants, sleeping aides and pain killers was deadly.

My dad was hospitalized and on valium, morphine and tons of other pain killers for his back problem in 1990. 2 years later most of his organs shut down and he died of a heart attack from being over-medicated.

In conclusion, be careful. :warning

Yes, I agree. I'm a nursing student, although I knew this before school, hehe, but the mixture of valium and liquor is very dangerous. I know firsthand. Tell me, please how many mgs of valium you took and how much liquor you drank. Honestly, do n't worry about the weed, in the latest medical journal it clearly states that no one has ever died from smoking marijuana. Holla back please, I'm curious.

Yep, media, taking downers with uppers is called "slamming" your heart. It's very damaging. Yours truly has some heart palpitations and my heart skips beats from this very thing, doing speed during the day, and taking tranx at night to sleep. It wears that heart down, and also causes murmors and sometimes valve problems. I'm not proud to admit it, but if my testimony can reach even one person, then I've accomplished something. Personally, I think alcohol is the worst thing available to us......it's poison, straight from hell, causing more deaths than any substance. Anyway, I'm sorry about your friend, that's unfortunate, I just hope the young people today will l isten to people that have experienced firsthand the damage and the heartache these drugs can cause, and that mixing them can surely result in death. Peace......btw, enjoy the Jungle Bash...congrats on you guy's success....you all rock!!!

edit: Physicians journals clearly state that prescription narcotics and tranx are far more dangerous and addictive than street drugs, some even more than heroin, which is the only street drug that actually causes physical addiction....beware folks!!!!

Not really. The LD50 for valium is something like 7,000 mg. Even if you potentiate it with alcohol, you'd need to take hundreds to have a decent chance of offing yourself.

Correct, but an abundance of valium in your system mixed with narcotics and/or alcohol can cause some pretty trippy side effects sometimes. I know firsthand it takes a lot of valium to kill someone. But don't you agree, however, that it isn't really smart? Unless he's one of those people that is not afraid to die from abusing substances, there arte lots of those people....

Thats one of the biggest lies coming from the anti-pot people. I've thrown up many times drinking then smoking weed. I actually dont like smoking weed if I'm really fucked up from drinking because of that reason.

Yeah some people actually throw up from getting too high

I remember seeing Michael Landon on the Tonight Show before he died pushing his anti pot agenda. He said that smoking pot makes your body incapable of throwing up and kids were dying all the time from alcohol poisoning. Nothing but bullshit.

Pot has never made me feel badly, especially compared to what alcohol does, yuck, I can't drink because of how nasty and sick it makes me ffeel. And I would never drink and smoke. I did that once in college and got really sick and dizzy. Cheers!!! KB rules....:winkwink:
