What is the ideal thumb and image size for a TGP/Free Site Gallery
 

Hey all...
I just wanted to get some input as to what you feel the ideal size is for both TGP & Free Site Gallery Images and Thumbs for the majority of sites out there , in order to get accepted.

Actually, when I used to submit daily, my galleries had 100x133 thumbs - but I only used text links so the thumbs were quite visible. Nowadays, when I do submit, I tend to go with bigger thumbs 125x150 sometimes even 140x140 - reason being that the gallery template itself may have more graphics. Also, I remember KRL once making a comment about loving galleries with big thumbs - that stood out for me personally because most of us should be 'vaccinated' with porn by now so if that makes him stop and look, then it's a good indication that other surfers would definitely go for it too.

I think the standard is close to 90X120.

We prefer bigger thumbs then to small thumbs.

When you post moviegalleries with like 4 movies. Then I prefer real big thumbs

Also, Chippy, I'll add that it all depends on the layout, sometimes smaller is better - I think the minimum accepted would be what Wolfy mentions 90x120.

On hubby's TGPs he doesn't mention minimums simply because it depends on the layout - if you're focusing on the model's feet, then you don't really need a very big thumb, on that same thought, if the image is a tall leggy model, you want to be able to get a good view of her full length - that's when you'd need a bigger thumb to get a good view of how tall she is.....get my idea?
