You need the program modifyed for that.

Bind + DNS eth0:398 Hash PGP
DNS BIND Hash PGP JCY

That should work

The best would be that it just looked in he eth0:x NIC.

well i figured. but there has to be some solution out there :helpme

sure, but not an easy one.
You can write a lib that rewrites connect
to use the ip you want.
but thats much more trouble than modifying the program.

Will it always look for eth0 ?

On linux yea,
on freebsd you can rotate them iirc
