actually a wood plastic composite material - about 50% more expensive then pressure treated cedar but lasts forever - no warping or shrinkage.

Ironhorse 12-01-2004 11:23 PM

Looks nice, when's the break-in party? :Graucho

Meloman 12-01-2004 11:29 PM

Looks sweet. I like decks, balconies and terraces.

I'm having my balcony patio redone right now. I want to get an automated retractable awning and everthing so that I can still go out and use it even in the rain.

:thumbsup

awesome, plus you wont have to stain it, which is the biggest hassle of having a deck.

Looks great Sleazy! Besides the deck, that place of yours looks great. I love the spiral staircash. Makes me want to rip mine out and redo it.

Natasha 12-02-2004 04:51 AM

Very nice Sleazy :thumbsup

Looks great. No railings though? We actually have laws here if the deck is more than a foot or two off the ground it has to have railings.

That composite material actually saves a ton of money in the long run. Good choice :thumbsup

You silly boy! I use both my deck and my dock in the winter and whilst my winters aren't as severe as yours, sitting out there when there's snow is way cool! Get yourself a good chimea, warm clothes, blankets, a hot toddy and enjoy your beautiful deck :thumbsup

tranza 12-02-2004 06:48 AM

Looking good!

:thumbsup

xclusive 12-02-2004 06:57 AM

Manowar 12-02-2004 07:12 AM

looks great, Post some more pics of it in the spring or something when the weather gets better

Kel 12-02-2004 07:13 AM

Sleazy your deck looks beautiful. How many sq. feet is it? They screw down composites rather than nail don't they?

Platinum Adam 12-02-2004 08:22 AM

That looks really nice man, great view!

Screaming 12-02-2004 08:23 AM

SleazyDream, you've nice taste! Very beautiful home!

Jman 12-02-2004 10:01 AM

Nice to see it done Bro ;-)

I was there when Sleazy bought the Material, damn he's a smart guy. The builder wanted to have the money before but Scott said " I rather go with you and put it on my amex " I beleived he saved over 1000$ right there.

Builder was not to jumpy about the idea but he had no choice.

macho 12-02-2004 10:08 AM

Looks like good place for party!:winkwink:

bizmak 12-02-2004 10:09 AM

looks great :thumbsup

Magnus 12-02-2004 10:10 AM

With a deck like that you need a rocking chair and a shot gun.

myjah 12-02-2004 10:13 AM

Where's the railings? I'd be afraid I'd get tipsy and walk right off. It's a beautiful deck :)

Head 12-02-2004 10:23 AM

Good thing it's didn't snow before.
