BTW, although it is effective to publicly embarrass someone on the boards to get issues resolved, I don't recommend it. I hope you guys can work out your issue.

Well there are always options, but they usually end up not being fiscally feasible. As a last resort you have to do what you have to do, I just felt bad for having posted a reply that opened up this can of worms.
