Ibill never bounced a payment on me in 4 yrs.

latinasojourn 12-01-2004 05:58 PM

yes, i see it in CMI, but have not received check yet.

hmmm. does this mean it's safe to put their links back on signup pages?

I'm very happy that they did because this would have meant death for them if they didn't...

How many times in those 4 years did their bank hold their funds, did they not pay clients for 2 months, did they fire over 60 employees, etc etc etc...??

Consider yourself lucky. I can think of 3 times that they bounced checks for me.

Why would you do that? From what I understand they can't even process Visa right now.
I have thousands of dollars worth of rebills that haven't been run.

Also, I'm guessing that check amount is only showing for master accounts and not resellers.
Last check date I'm showing in CMI is 9/22.

I'm glad you got paid. You were right all along. You risked looking like a fool to stick up for them back when everybody (including me) doubted they would pay.

Now get your money and get the fuck away from Ibill.

yeah, tony did have their back all along that is for sure

but I hope he has enough business sense not to further trust them and continue with ccbill as his main processor....

I'm waiting for ibill direct to go live and I'm staying with them. To me its not right, they came thru and are paying me so then I reward them for keeping their word by running away? Not good karma to me.
With ibill direct I get my money every three days in my bank account . It doesnt get any more solid then that.

I think you have to question trusting all of your money with a company that didn't properly plan for the bank changeover.

Maybe they did get screwed over on the reserves by first data....but the fact that they had to stop processing and still can't run your rebills is their own damn fault.

I can't trust my money with a company that plans and executes so poorly.

You may feel the need to reward them for paying you money today that you were due months ago and for losing thousands of dollars worth of rebills that they couldn't run, but I don't.

:2 cents:

Isn't bouncing a check a crime in the US?

Wonderful how people reward them for losing them money and only handing over part of what is your money.

Wonder if they are still doing the 6 month x 10% holdback, to ensure you are trustworthy. That is the most laughable thing about the whole situation, Visa should hold this money not these companies.

You are wrong. Ibill is getting weaker and weaker. If you want your own merchant account, go with Netbilling and get paid daily as we do. Ibill cannot touch them at this point.
