I just downloaded the free 7 day trial and the satellite literally zoomed in on my pad. Pretty fucking kewl. Not sure who will pay $29 per mo. for this though.

do I have to pay to see more then topographical?

I was messing with that a few weeks ago. If you uncheck 3D terrain the quality is a lot better. Very cool to measure exact distances -- such as my home in Wisconsin to my old home in Florida -- down to a fraction of a meter.

An hour later I think I see my house. :1orglaugh
