if you make a good living, enough to live and do this fulltime you are no longer considered a newbie.

Exactly what he said I don't think there is another standard...

debbieN 12-01-2004 03:30 PM

so you jump from newbie to what?

I am still a newbie at a lot of things.

I am begining to get the TGP thing down to an art. 43 partner accounts.

I get 1500 hits a day from Google and Yahoo.

I still have not do well with ADwords.

I do not promote for anyone else. Affiliates, sponsors, etc. I just promote my site.

Still should there not be something else to do?

Goatse 12-01-2004 11:34 PM

If you make enough to quit your day job, you're no longer a newbie. I guess that level could be called mid-bie. :)

ytcracker 12-02-2004 03:01 AM

paysite traffic and custom programming

Project-Shadow 12-02-2004 04:53 AM

I believe 1 sign-up a day gets you off the newbie charts.

European Lee 12-02-2004 04:54 AM

You are always considered a newbie.. there is simply to much new stuff happening each day in the industry to be considered anything else.

After 5 years im still learning new shit and still consider myself a newbie.

Regards,

Lee

Don't make any money here.
Turned off sigs and don't have one myself. Try to pick up bits and peices here and there of good info - once in a while someone will slip and tell the truth.

The Heron 12-02-2004 08:24 AM

If you have to ask you are still a newbie.
You know you are not a newbie when you know everything there is to know or you know someone that you can pay to do it for you!
