Wtf I'm noticing my stomach is starting to stick out past my waistband.

Never had a gut before and I don't eat a lot but I see it coming.

crunches only tone your muscle in your stomach, they dont get rid of the fat. you have to do cardio and it will burn fat, and get rid of your gut. eat more healthy too.

crunches and diffrent types of situps that work each individual part of your stomach will tone AND add muscle and normaly what happens when you add muscle your body burns more fat...So crunches and cardio...and dont eat ever again...
