Take sea salt and an egg. Mix with lemon juice and olive oil.

Make sure you do it right, so it emulsifies.

Leave on for thirty minutes. Wash.

queene helene has a natural facial scrub out... and just plain old oatmeal will do the trick too.

Gnat69 12-01-2004 01:04 PM

pood 12-01-2004 01:06 PM

go for Anthony Logistics

PrivateIvy 12-01-2004 01:07 PM

Use Clinique's 7 Day Scrub.... it is impossible to over exfoliate with it and can be used daily.

If you're not oily that is, scrubbing produces more oils so if you're oily you should mask with a clay based mask instead .

But I bet you really didn't want to know :winkwink:

For Oily skin:
Cleanser: http://www.dermalogica.com/default2....n=?&location=?

exfoliant: http://www.dermalogica.com/product_d...y=conditioners

For Dry / Normal Skin:
Cleanser: http://www.dermalogica.com/default2....n=?&location=?

exfoliant: http://www.dermalogica.com/product_d...y=conditioners

My wife is a cosmo and she knows her shit. Aveda is cool as well, dermalogica is roughly the same price as aveda and a little more available

I use the Clinique Exfoliating Scrub which is a little more hardcore but I have thick skin that can take a lot of exfoliating.
