he goes to other countries every other day yet when he comes to canada they televise the whole thing and make a huge deal out of it. I don't get it. he's just a fucking president, not like he's first contact with martians.

I would assume because Canadian media doesn't give a shit when Bush goes to other countries, but when he (or any other major world leader) visits Canada, then the media has something more to report (especially on a slow news day).
