Fucking ThinkX from dutchteencash.com keeps complaing I found and shot these 2 models for him. He picks the 5th unsharp photo (look below) and keeps posting it like a dumb fuck trying to bring disrespect to my name, not appreciating any of the work I did for him. All potential photographers, do not shoot for ThinkX, he is a lier and a cheap skate too.

First pic has a really bad facial expression and it kinda looks like the girls has a black eye, second pic has a really bad composition and is overexposed, third pic has no facial expression at all, fourth pic is good, fifth pic is out of focus.

Thank you, but please note that the budget for each shoot was US$ 400, I was paying models 40% and kept 60% myself. The point I am trying to make is that I am not a professional photographer trying to negotiate US$ 1,000 for a shoot because I know I do not deserve them, but do not forget what Paul Markham says "you get what you pay for" and given the above mentioned budget you cannot expect matrixcontent quality.

All I am saying is that Mr. Dumb Ass ThinkX from Dutchteencash.com wants Matrixcontent quality for US$ 400 budget, why the hell did he talk to me then? He can fucking see my quality at www.ipasak.com , or is he fucking blind too apart from stupid?

What kind of setup are you using? (body, glass, lighting, etc.)

Canon300D plus 3 external 550EX Flash Guns controlled wirelessly through a master flash gun mounted on the camera

I only like the third photo. The girl outside and wet is ok, and the concept is nice, but way over exposed.

Ok, what lens are you using and are you shooting auto, manual, etc? That outside picture looks like a tamron lens to me :)

Shooting only in a manual mode, both the camera and the 3 550EX flash guns. The lens is honestly speaking only the Kit lens on 300D.

I appreciate the overexposure comments: I do use a flash meter, the problem is that you have to shoot 200 photos in 3-5 hours in 4-5 different sets of clothes and room settings. So, you do not have time to use a flash meter for each photo, and obviously as you are moving around the model with your camera to get a different angle, the exposure changes....

First: Get yourself a real lens. Stay with Canon glass, and only canon glass; it's worth it. Try the 24-70 2.8; it's an amazing lens and gives you plenty of coverage in all different locations. Plus it can let in a lot of light when you need it to so that you don't need to go crazy with the flash or studio lights. The lens is expensive, yes- but do a google search for this lens, everybody that buys one loves it. I wouldn't trade mine for anything.

Second: Try shooing in Av for a while to fine-tune your shooting before switching back to manual, or- take some shots in manual and then switch to Av and see what Canon would have recommended; and then compare which image looks better.

These days, being a good photographer is as much about having good equipment and knowing how to use it as it is about subject and composition.

first one looks like some one hit her in her face...or shes lacking sleep? The rest are ok thow

First girl looks very strung out, and the last shot is very blurry.

Contsructive criticism is all this is and just my opinion.

Pic # 1: Try not to cut the models limbs off

Pic # 2: Try not to shoot outdoors in bright sunlight. Early am or late pm.

Pic # 3: Not bad but judging from shadows and catch light seems the fill was a little to far to the left.

Pic # 4: Pretty good and the best. Try and meter more for skin tones.

Pic # 5: Try not to position the model that close to the background. Not sure if you were using af but that could have thrown the camera off. Also not sure if it was a dof problem since her hair seems to be in focus but her ass is blurry?

Overall not bad except for # 5 so I would give you a 4/5

Bullshit, I shoot way more than that in a 3-5 hour period, metering lights and all. You need quite a bit of work on the technical aspects of things, and you need to learn to talk to your models and encourage them to give you the facial expressions you need. You're on the right track, but not quite there yet. Pretty decent stuff. Get a light meter, though.

The biggest problem with these pictures has nothing to do with lighting, lens, camera or photography experience. It's about the guy behind the camera and what the models think of him.

Remember we are pornographers and we sell the fantasy of getting fucked. Now look at the above pictures and tell me how they help you. It's about what's between there ears, not what's between their legs.
