Can anyone fill me in on Ibill?

I know there's been some drama regarding Ibill, but I haven't kept up with it and of course the search feature is inoperative. Can anyone fill me in on the details and the current status? A friend of mine wants me to help him set up a paysite using Ibill. He signed up with them in May but hasn't used them yet. Should he try them?

it's worth paying the visa fees over again... just switch to ccbill or epoch asap

Use CCbill or Epoch.

Ibill are a dead issue.
