I woke up this morning sneezing and my throat is a little soar. I know tomorrow I'm really gonna feel like shit. These cold nights have taken their toll I guess.

If you are in the US, go to the store and buy some "Airborne" - amazing stuff. Unless it's SARS you've caught, you probably wont get sick if you start taking airborne ASAP.

Evey time I feel like that I pound lots of vitamins and eat healthy. I don't think I've ever gotten full blown sick after doing so.

Lots of echinacea and you should be able to stave off that cold before it kicks in full force. Lots of orange juice, too.

An ex gf of mine swore by that stuff but I always mocked her for it. I just don't buy into that herbal stuff but maybe I should check it out. Anything is better than being sick.

Is that airborne stuff all natural or is it some secret recipe. What the fuck is it? They have a website?
