Dutch folks: Finding names with phonenumber ...

I used to have this program with which I could do reverse searching in the phonebook Cd. I could put in any number and see what name/address belonged to it. Pretty damn helpfull for many occasions.

Any idea if there is a program like that nowadays? I need it.
