Could someone please shed some light on this topic.

From what I've read on here and other sites, if your non USA citizen and want to use a biller like ccbill or ibill or whoever, you need to gain a pressence in the USA correct? And this means a corporation, yes?

So I've checked out some places from threads on here etc. that offer the service of creating a corporation, getting a usa mail drop etc.

Whats the next step after obtaining incorporation, is that all that the biller requires, or do you need to have a mail drop as well?

If you were incorporated there, then how would you get your payments from the biller, would they send them straight to your foreign address, or would they have to send it to your incorporation company address?

How do you determine what your responsibilities are for the taxation in the state that your incorporating in? For example, if you incorporated in Nevada, how do you lodge your tax etc. or how do you determine what is required of you as far as legal obligations, paperwork, that kind of stuff? Would you just find a lawyer from the area and go from there?

And what about incorporating in Europe, is there benefits that the USA wouldnt have? I know some pay sites are incorporated there.

i live in germany and use ccbill eu - no problem at all.

nope not true both ccbill and ibill have regios where they accept webmasters just shoot an email to [email protected] and ask (if you wanna be paid out id say go for ccbill :)

im positive theyll accept since weve got many aussie webmasters promoting dutchteencash...

Or you can use gmbill.com :)

Hey, sorry, I should say that they accept overseas clients, but u cant use VISA unless u are in USA.
