Dell XPS or Alienware ALX?
 

If you had to choose, which would you get?

I'm more partial to dell, so I'd get a dell.

Alienware is only pc I would by if I wasn't building it myself.

I will knock on wood, but i havent had a problem in a year in a half with my alienware.

I'd go with a Dell.

If money isnt an issue alienware is the best. But no where near best for the dollar.

Both use crappy power supplies and plastic on their cases. In fact the majority of the Alienware is cheap, easily scratched ABS plastic.




I'd say neither, but I build my own machines....


If I had to buy a prebuilt machine I'd go with a Voodoo.

I got the DELL XPS here, its about the fastest fucking computer i've ever used and its mobile holy shit I highly recommend it.

It is a gaming and video system though. not so great for traveling but i'd prefur power over lightness

Build your on rig.

Anything else is a POS.

Dell, they're quiet.

between the two, I'd rather get a Dell :glugglug

Alienware... Dell doesn't sell the AMD64 yet and for gaming purposes the 64 kicks ass :2 cents:
