What's the weather like in Vegas early January?
 

Obviously, it'll be warmer than Montreal. But how much warmer?

Last January, it went down to -40 here.

That's about right... However, I think it was a little warmer last January. Don't forget that it gets cold as hell at night though... 30's to 40's.

Man... I wish my definition of "cold as hell" was 30s to 40s.

Daytime temperatures here have been in the 20s to 30s for the last few weeks. And that's warm for this time of year.

??? If hell is cold to you, you'll never catch me in Arizona.


psyko, you may get away with shorts during the day, but at night you'll probably want pants and a light spring jacket.

It was freezing outside about 15 mins ago. Was helping my sister move.. wow aboput 30 some odd degrees. :(

It's in the high 20's tonight... Add a few weeks to that, and you should see some decently cold temps. The days are around 50 degrees.

Good question, was wondering the same myself so I'd know what to pack .

I'm very cold natured so I guess I'll be packing sweaters for evenings ....except for the parties and all, it's always hot with so many people in one place

I hate packing and not knowing what kind of weather to expect ....but can't wait to get there :)

It will be about 60 in the day. Bring a jacket for night and you will be fine. It's just really windy in the winter here.

the past few years that I've been here in January, it was cold and raining. Last year it snowed on new year's eve here.

Last years convention it has just snowed the week before. So it was pretty cold during the week. However there are so many parties and get togethers that we only made it outside for a Taxi or Limo to the next party.
