Who is he?

From the quick news brief this morning, he is suspected of the deaths of a few people. It was said that the hicks were yelling racial slurs, and Vang fired back. Or at least something to that extent.

"They commited a hate crime against me. I had to kill them."

He was also using one of the victims tree stand and tresspassing on private property.
