I have quit prior to shows before, but the shows always prove overwhelming.

It is tough to not smoke at a show.

I know several people that have stopped smoking inside and its really helped them cut back. When people come to my house its usually an afternoon or evening smoke-free as well since I won't let them smoke in the house.

What about the car? Do you smoke in the car?

Train your body to ONLY smoke outside and I bet you'll cut back quite a bit.
