Paypal withdrawal fees changed..

Just got this email about Paypal changing their redrawal fees - which in my country means.... free redrawal from paypal. Still sucks they dont accept the adult biz - but for us the designers this is still great news :D

I make both mainstream and adult sites - and i read the user agreement several times and it dosent state anywhere that i'm not allowed to design sites for clients.

Or am i wrong?

you can't make adult related websites, if they find out they will close your account and take your money, trust me.

well i make templates - dont care what my clients put in em.

But seriously can someone point out where it says that in the user agreement?

Manowar 11-30-2004 07:42 AM

Cool, shame about the conversion rate eating that up though :(

solonline 11-30-2004 07:49 AM

yeah they closed us of a while back. We managed to shift bucket loads of payments until they caught up.. Still fucked us over for 450 usd, but was worth the price suppose.

They were great in their time, but totally usless for anything slightly related flesh n smut.

I like to think that paypals bottom line sufferd since they pulled out on filth, we processed 1000s through them and had charge backs of less than .03 percent over 2 years.

mind 11-30-2004 07:54 AM

oh well... wouldnt be a big loss i mainly use epassporte - i guess i would have to start using paypal for mainstream only

AdultWebGraphics 11-30-2004 07:56 AM

They closed my account last summer for accepting payments for adult related design stuff and I had a bunch of cash in it but they sent me a check a couple weeks later :thumbsup

I guess I lucked out.

kowntafit 11-30-2004 08:39 AM

I use paypal for some shit, non adult. It is still good news though.
