Decent email script needed
 

I need a decent email script for managing my newsletter and webmaster program

Easy form based opt in and opt out

Free is okay, but I'll pay for a good one

I need to manage about 1000 or so emails

Here is the one I use, extremely easy to set up, almost all browser based, it even tells you when you enter the wrong thing!

It has double opt in. Works great.

Only thing it doesn't have is you can't send html emails out on it.
