Since ibill seems to be ignoring or not receiving my emails i have to post it here, if someone from ibill reads the board please contact me asap...
This is the email that i sent 4 times _________________________________________ I have two serious problems with your company: 1) I've been an affiliate for almost a year and i've never received a single check. 2) I've been told that accounts from Argentina were suspended and webmasters from my country are no longer accepted by Ibill, which is unfair since i haven't caused any trouble. For Months i've tried that Sandroq from spanish support resolved this issue but for the contrary he made things more complicated. Not only my emails were replied a week later, but he also didn't give any concrete answer. I've offered the option to send a check with FedEx, with its cost deducted from my owed amount, but he told me that was impossible. Some time after thar he told me that i could only be paid if i had an US adress, which resulted in a logically complicated issue, but i finally got an US mailing address, After that SandroQ told me that he sent the checks to the address i provided, but it never arrived. After that he told me that i had to PAY 30 dollars for each check that Didn't arrive... Then, he never got back to my email. I need a solution URGENTLY, i'm still owed money. Best regards, Pablo Kërsz username: porko icq: 221-550-099 msn: [email protected] I STILL WITH OUT ANY RESPONSE :321GFY |
its our national day also. they pay! lol

It sounds like this is a company that just hopes you will just go away. iBill have rights to dispose of countries as they wish, or as VISA says they wish. However that does not entitled them to hang on to money which is not their property. Some call that theft. If you were doing biz before they decided to terminate Argentina, - they owe the revenue. Depending on values - hell even on principle, - I'd be serving them with papers. It may be worth, at least for legal reasons, to send an email to the President, your account manager and also forward by recorded mail and give them 14 days to fulfil their obligations. And, screw any costs they have in sending. But, you got to be prepared to immediately start a suit for all monies owing, costs and damages and back up your "threat". And good luck!! :glugglug PS... They still have 6 days to pay one of our companies before shit hits the fan. |
Am I the only person that noticed that they NEVER said 12-1, or 12-2? They said (wrote) still on CMI:
"Starting in December, each client will be paid out over a 12 month period for past due amounts from the period of September 15 to October 31. This will include reserves." and... Please note that we are still on track to resume regular client payouts in December It says "in" December, not the 1st. That can mean the 31st as far as I am concerned.:2 cents: |
...plus the fact that no invoices, or check details are posted as of now.:(
